Colossal permittivity
Colossal permittivity is a phenomena that has been explored for nearly 20 years (discovery in 2003 in CCTO: Ref TBI). The core evidence come from impedance spectroscopy measurements show a very high effective permmitivity at low frequencies. An issue arising from this is that one actually measures the capacitance, which mean that as the conversion involves using C=\epsilon A/D an error in D, the distance, can result in larger figures for permittivity. <work in progress>
